EOC was established in 1998 by staffing industry veterans with over 3 decades combined experience in the meeting, convention and hospitality staffing.  EOC has sourced, screened and placed hundreds of individuals in a variety of positions throughout the South Florida region.

EOC provides recruitment solutions for convention & conference organizers, caterers and special event coordinators, food service companies, corporations, hotels, law firms, nonprofit corporations, to name a few. EOC maintains a blended menu of workforce services covering food service, hospitality, restaurants, conventions, conferences, sports facilities, concessions and culinary staff for special or private functions, and more.

EOC also maintains a clerical division which staffs all administrative positions such as receptionists, administrative assistants, accounting personnel, registration staff, interpreters and management staff.

By handling time-and resource-consuming administrative functions such as recruiting and hiring, payroll, accounting, customer service consulting and more, EOC is a seamless extension of the excellent service our clients provide for their customers.
